Manual-review practices, named

These are not measured on a card. The risk desk reviews them, on every plan and at every stage, from the order history, the terminal addresses and the price feed. They can be checked at any time, without a warning beforehand.

The 13 practices

High-frequency tradingBursts of orders or trades held for seconds, built on execution speed rather than a market view.Over 30 order requests in a minute; or 20 or more trades under 30 seconds that make up 60% or more of your trades.
Recovery over-sizingSizing up right after a loss to win it back.A same-direction position of at least twice the losing size on the same instrument, straight after a realised loss, the same trading day.
News straddlingTrading both ways around big news to catch the spike.Opposite or offsetting positions (including a buy stop and a sell stop) on the same or a correlated instrument within 15 minutes of a Red or Amber release.
Latency arbitrageProfiting from delayed or stale prices, not real market moves.15 or more trades under 120 seconds won 85% of the time, entered at the best price of their minute.
Gap tradingPositions built to catch the gap over a close.3 or more profitable trades opened within 2 hours of a close and closed within 2 hours of the reopen.
Expert AdvisorsBots are allowed only if you built and control them. Bought, rented or mass-market plug-and-play EAs are not allowed, however they trade.Your own EA only: the same EA identifier placing orders for 3 or more different traders is raised.
Trade copiersCopy only your own trading: between your accounts, or from a master account that is genuinely yours, including one at another broker.Your own trades only; no signal services, shared masters, account managers or challenge-passing services.
Coordinated tradingTrading in sync with other people or groups.Another trader entering and exiting the same trades within seconds, repeatedly.
Hedging across accountsOpposite trades on different accounts to cancel out risk.Opposite positions on one instrument across accounts, opened together, repeatedly.
Account sharingYour logins are personal and must not be shared.Only you: a terminal connecting from another trader's address, or orders placed by a signal subscription.
VPN and remote desktopTrade from a stable connection that shows where you are.No masked connections: country hops and VPNs trigger an identity re-check.
Swap-free misuseSwap-free is for real trading, not for dodging overnight fees.Positions held across the daily rollover carrying half or more of the profit, over 3 or more trades.
Churning accountsBuying account after account and burning them fast.3 accounts lost within 3 days of opening, inside 60 days.

What a review means

A finding is raised

The system matches a pattern and stores the evidence: the trades, the orders, the addresses. You are not told which pattern, so it cannot be gamed.

A clear case pauses the account

When the evidence is strong, trading is paused at once: open positions are closed, payout requests wait, and your dashboard shows that the account is under review. You get an email. A borderline reading goes to the desk without pausing anything.

A person decides

The risk desk looks at the trades themselves, usually within 2 business days, and emails you the outcome.

The outcome

Cleared: trading and payouts are back on. A warning: the trades are noted and you carry on. Confirmed: the profit of those trades is removed, a payout is held, or the account is closed; repeated or deliberate behaviour closes every account named.

What it is, plainly

WhitePips is not a broker and is not regulated by a financial services regulator. Accounts are simulated, with live market prices; payouts are real money. You never deposit trading funds: you pay a one-off fee for an evaluation or an instant account.

What we do not publish

Ratings, review counts, pass rates and payout totals. None are published, so none are claimed anywhere on this site. Reviews are on Trustpilot, open to every trader.

Questions about transparency

Why does WhitePips call itself the transparent prop firm?

Because everything that decides your account is published before you pay, where you can read it, check it and quote it: every trading rule with its exact figure on every plan and size, the 13 practices the risk desk reviews by hand, the commission on every market, every plan and price, the Payout Policy and Trading Rules in full, and the company behind the site.

Where are the rules and their exact figures?

On every plan page, for every account size, before checkout; on Trading rules, explained, with a drawing for each rule; and in full in the Trading Rules. The tables on this page are read from the same plan board.

What does the risk desk review by hand?

The 13 practices listed on this page, on every plan and at every stage. A system raises a finding with its evidence; a person on the risk desk looks at the trades and decides, and you are emailed the outcome. No detector closes an account by itself.

How are payouts handled?

You request a payout from your dashboard once your plan's conditions are met. Every request gets an automatic receipt confirming it has been received, and a payout is paid by the method on file, to an account or wallet in your own name. No arrival time is promised, because that depends on banks and blockchain networks (Payout Policy, sections 8.5, 9.1, 9.5 and 10.4).

Who is behind WhitePips?

WhitePips is a brand operated by WhitePip FX Ltd., an International Business Company registered in Saint Lucia (Registration No. 2026-00645), with its registered office at Unit 1, La Place Creole Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia and its office at Business Center, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Is WhitePips regulated?

No, and it says so. WhitePips is not a broker and is not regulated by a financial services regulator; the Terms of Service state this plainly. Accounts are simulated and you never deposit trading funds: you pay a one-off fee for an evaluation or an instant account.

What does WhitePips not publish?

Ratings, review counts, pass rates and payout totals. None are published, so none are claimed. WhitePips opened in 2026; reviews are on Trustpilot, where every trader can add theirs.

WhitePips provides skill-based trading evaluations on simulated accounts. Nothing on this page is financial advice, and passing an evaluation does not guarantee funding, payouts or any level of income. Trading leveraged products carries significant risk. The legal terms are the Terms of Service, the Trading Rules and the Payout Policy.
